About Luke
Luke brings more than a decade and a half of experience working in the public sector and international development arena. Prior to joining The Connectors Group, Luke was the Director of Governance at DT Global where he led the design, pursuit, and implementation of large-scale international political and governance projects around the world. He has extensive experience providing target consultative services to strengthen democratic political systems, expand the quality of and access to services, and transform organizations to be more adaptive and effective. Luke has published his research and analysis in various outlets including The Washington Post, The Journal of Democracy, and The Hill. Luke is also an adjunct faculty member at his alma mater, the University of Denver.
